How to Book Your 1:1 Meetings with Exhibitors:

Select the Date to Set a Meeting:
Once you’re logged in, start by selecting the date you’d like to check exhibitor availability on, and book a meeting.
A list of exhibitors available on this date will appear.

Select the Exhibitor:
Each exhibitor will have their name and logo displayed for easy identification. Click on the logo of the one you’d like to meet.

Choose the Representative to Meet:
A lost of representatives of this exhibitor will appear at the bottom of the page. You’ll be able to choose the specific representative you’d like to meet. Consider their role and whether their expertise aligns with what you want to discuss or simply choose someone based on their availability and fit with your schedule.

Select an Available Time Slot:
After choosing the representative, a list of their available time slots will appear. Click on the green box for the time that works best for you.

Confirm Your Booking:
A popup will appear asking you to confirm the time you’ve selected.
During this stage, you have the opportunity to add a comment about the specific topic(s) you’d like to discuss with the exhibitor. This helps them prepare relevant information or materials in advance, ensuring a productive and focused conversation during your scheduled time.
Once you confirm, your meeting is scheduled!
